Top 10 Sleeping Tips: Insonmia Remedies

I've been working out on not just my diet, but also my lifestyle changes for lesser problems in my life. Some of these problems can possibly caused by stress, or bad lifestyle habits. Here are my Top 10 Sleeping Tips for you:

(1) Do some stretching and light exercises in the day.
Exercises such as jogging, basket balls, soccer, sit-ups, push-ups can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. Light to Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many health problems and concerns. It can also help improve cognitive function and helps emotional lift.

(2) Eat Dried Longan as snacks or put it in your drink throughout the day.
Most people are familiar with the longan fruit, however not knowing that it is a sleeping aid. Longan is used in certain TCM's formula to strengthen the heart and promote sleep for these people.

(3) Apply Lavender & Cedar Wood essential oils under your feet before you sleep.
