If you’ve been searching for a luxury bathhouse in Singapore, all-in-one wellness escape in Singapore, or simply a place to disconnect, reset, and do absolutely nothing for hours, Bubble House positions itself right in that space.

I’ve visited onsen, bathhouses, and wellness spas across multiple countries, so I naturally come in with certain expectations around comfort, hygiene, design, and overall experience. Bubble House didn’t just meet those expectations—it exceeded them in ways that felt intentionally curated for deep rest.
.jpg)
Below is a detailed, experience-led breakdown of what you can expect, how it works, and whether it’s worth your time and money.

Bubble House Entry Packages (Pricing & Value Breakdown)
1. Quick Escape – $59 (6 Hours Entry Pass)
Best for: busy professionals, quick reset, post-work recovery, mental decompression
- 6-hour access to bathhouse + rest facilities
- Ideal for “in-between life breaks”
- Enough time for bathing, resting, light unlimited fruits buffet, and short naps
.jpg)
For people who don’t have a full day but still need a meaningful pause from overstimulation.
2. Half-Day Retreat – $149 (12 Hours Entry + 1 Premium Meal)
Best for: full relaxation day, burnout recovery, digital detox, self-care day
- 12-hour extended access
- Includes 1 premium buffet meal (breakfast / lunch / dinner / supper depending on timing)
- Full use of relaxation facilities
This is when Bubble House transforms from a bathhouse into a full wellness retreat. You are not rushing anything—you’re allowed to slow down completely.
First Impressions: Design, Flow & Atmosphere: From the moment I enter—from the women’s bath area to the shared relaxation spaces—the layout feels intentional and well considered.
.jpg)
The lounge areas are spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating, and there are multiple zones designed for different types of rest, including quiet sleeping rooms, relaxation pods, and a meditation area.
.jpg)
-Soft lighting and warm tones
-Clean, modern-inspired interiors
-Clear separation of “activity” vs “rest” zones
-Quiet spatial flow that encourages slowing down
They even a a gaming room for stimulated sensory rest perhaps.
The overall atmosphere is what I would describe as “quiet luxury wellness”—not loud or flashy, but carefully designed to make you stay longer than planned. I went on a Weekday morning (12hrs) till night.
.jpg)
The experience goes beyond just bathing. There are complimentary snacks like free-flow fruits and ice cream in the rest area, which adds a nice touch for in-between breaks.
.jpg)
If you're wondering about the free-flow Häagen-Dazs Icecream, I only saw it from afternoon onwards and there are four flavors available.
.jpg)
If you choose to include the buffet option (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or supper), it turns the visit into a much more complete unwind experience—you can alternate between eating, resting, and bathing at your own pace without needing to rush.
There's a Mini-Cinema here!
.jpg)
I’m usually not the type to hang out at a cinema, but this one looked so comfy I had to give it a try—and I’m glad I did. Sitting back and watching a movie here felt incredibly comfortable, and even being alone was such a nice experience.

Capsule Pod Rest & Play Space
As someone who enjoys compact, enclosed spaces and has stayed in various capsule hotels during my travel trips, this was a pleasant surprise for me.
.jpg)
Sleeping inside the pod was actually very comfortable—even though the mattress looked quite thin, it wasn’t hard at all. The blanket was also soft and cosy.

However, as someone who is quite particular about hygiene, I did have a slight concern about whether the bedding and blanket is changed after every guest usage or simply refolded for the next use. If this is something you’re also worried about, you might want to check with them directly. I didn’t ask as there weren’t many people using the space at that time.
Not sure if I should share this initially, I did notice their staff or cleaner chatting near the pods very loudly, which woke me up quite a bit. Only later did I realise that earplugs are available in the other room. So if you’re planning to stay in the capsule pods, it’s a good idea to get earplugs from the relaxation hall beforehand.
Food Experience: Not Just an Add-On
If you opt for the meal-inclusive package, the experience shifts from “spa visit” to full-day retreat.
Complimentary Treats (without signing for Buffet)
- Free flow fruits
- Häagen-Dazs ice cream (mango, oreo, chocolate, vanilla)
Buffet Highlights
.jpg)
- Unlimited caviar (is real!!)
- Some dishes includes abalone
- Many Seafood choices
- Teppanyaki order available
- Nice & Cute looking Baos & Desserts
.jpg)
This isn’t typical spa food—it’s indulgent and surprisingly generous, which makes the 12-hour (1 meal) & 24-hour (4 meal) package feel justified.
.jpg)
I could for real top everything with caviar—it’s a whole new level of shiok I never expected.
.jpg)
.jpg)
I also have to say—the cooked dishes are beautifully presented on display, and they taste just as good. The spread leans toward Japanese alike dishes, Chinese cuisine and some dishes with a slightly more China-style flair.
.jpg)
It’s also a great spot for seafood lovers who crave freshness, variety, and that rich, meaty bite inside the shell—it’s honestly wonderful.
Pro tip: open every covered pot you see if you want to get the most out of it. I was the first to spot the abalone, and suddenly everyone followed suit to grab theirs—haha.
.jpg)
Also, make sure to save some room for the pastries and desserts—there’s plenty to choose from.
.jpg)
There are option to add on extra services such as massage and facial services if you’re looking to elevate the experience further into a more luxurious pampering session—I didn’t opt for these this time, but they’re available if you want to extend the indulgence.
.jpg)
(The image shows one of the massage room and facial room)
I've taken photos of some of their signage with price indication, feel free to reference from it.
.jpg)
It does feel slightly above market rate—more on the premium end—but it’s honestly tempting because their service is exceptionally good already for the experience from just the entrance and buffet alone. And it really makes me curious how relaxing and comfortable their massage and facial treatments must be.
.jpg)
Another thing which stood out most was the overall sense of comfort and detail. The relaxation hall (their sleep area) is especially conducive for rest, with items like earplugs and eye masks provided.
.jpg)
Small conveniences are thoughtfully included throughout the space, from lockers with sensor lighting to a wide range of personal care amenities.
In most onsen or bathhouse places I’ve been to across different countries, people usually change at their gender's locker area and go fully naked or wear disposable undergarments in this area. This space here however, offers more privacy by giving you a dedicated changing space with a curtain to cover while you're changing, especially great for shy first-timers.
In the bathing and vanity areas, there’s a strong focus on hospitality-level detail—body care essentials, skincare products, makeup removers, and various grooming items are all provided. Some branded skincare and fragrance products are also available for use, which adds to the sense of a more elevated, “hotel-like” experience rather than a typical bathhouse.
Most areas in both the women’s and men’s sections don’t allow any photography, so I don’t have much to show. I did ask, request and told them that I might feature their space on my blog, but my request to take photos and videos was still declined—they shared that due to past complaints, they’re now very strict about this policy. Well, I will just describe by words then.
Facilities & Amenities: Thoughtfulness at Another Level
What sets Bubble House apart is how far they go beyond the basics.
Bath & Shower Experience
- Dual brand amenities: Kono and Spes (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel)
- Clean, well-maintained shower zones
- Locker with sensor lighting inside (small but satisfying detail)
Beauty & Grooming Zone
This was honestly surprising in a good way.
- Premium skincare from Lancôme
- Body care from Elizabeth Arden
- Fragrance from Gucci
Available items include:
- Makeup remover & cleansing water
- Face moisturiser, serums, and even eye cream
- Cotton pads, combs, and other essentials
It’s rare to see this level of comprehensive beauty provisioning in a bathhouse. While some shared makeup items (like lipstick or eyeliner) may not suit everyone from a hygiene perspective, the overall offering shows a strong commitment to guest comfort.
.jpg)
One thing I appreciated was how complete everything felt. You could arrive with almost nothing and still be comfortable throughout your stay. Even small details like sleep support items and personal care supplies were considered.

What It Actually Feels Like
I spent close to 12 hours inside—not rushing, not checking my phone constantly, just rotating between:
- Eating
- Resting
- Showering
- Doing absolutely nothing
And that’s the point.
In a city like Singapore, where “rest” often still feels scheduled or productive, this kind of unstructured downtime is rare. I left feeling genuinely reset—not just physically, but mentally.
.jpg)
If you're planning to visit, you might be asking
"What should I bring to Bubble House?"
Minimal items:
- Personal undergarments
- Basic skincare (optional, since most are provided)
.jpg)
Last but not least, this is what the grand entrance looks like:
.jpg)
If you’re feeling mentally overloaded, physically tired, or just in need of space, this is one of the few places in Singapore where you can truly disconnect without leaving the city.
So, Verdict— is it worth it? I would say yes, especially if you’re feeling tired, burnt out, or just need a place to switch off and disappear for a while. 100% worth it.
