The Top Things to Visit In Malacca! For 2D1N Trip!

Malacca is frequently visited by tourists because of its well-preserved heritage buildings, astonishing colonial structures and fascinating history. But beyond this historic splendour, Malacca offers so much more – stunning colours and attractions such as the vibrant markets, wide varieties of yummy food and of course, its famous Mural Art!

Let me share my trip experience with you and show you some of my favourite things and attraction of this incredible state of Malaysia.
 Shopping Attraction: 
Jonker Walk Famous Night Market aka Pasar Malam!
The Official Name of Jonker Street is Jalan Hang Jebat. It's Weekend (Friday to Sunday) Night Market start setting up around 5.30 - 6pm, Best time to go is 7pm where you can see almost all stalls open and not so crowded yet. The later it is, the more crowded it is. So be prepare to squeeze!

Jonker Walk Famous Day Market
Jonker Walk Day Market has a lot of Shops along the main street of Jonker, in the Shophouse row.
Many sells Fashion and Souvenirs.

Heritage Site: The Stadhuys
The Famous Dutch Square!

There are places in the City which became center of attractions for tourists and Stadthuys Melaka is among the most visited Malacca attractions for tourist. It is an Old Dutch building, actually a reconstructed one, that is a big city hall once used for public gatherings.

Representing the Dutch architecture, it is a red building in the center of city that was built in 1650 by the Dutch people on the land. For the same reason, Stadthuys Melaka is also known as the famous Dutch Square.

 Sight seeing Attraction: Going High Up!

From a height of 80 metres, the ride offers you a spectacular and panoramic view of Melaka UNESCO World Heritage City and a far with a host of interesting sights such as St.Paul’s Hill, Independence Memorial Building,Samudra Museum and the ship, Flor De La Mar, Dataran Pahlawan, Pulau Selat Mosque, Pulau Besar and the Straits of Melaka. That apart you will also see the fast and rapid development taking place in the state.

Take a ride and make your visit to historical Melaka, a truly joyous and memorable one.
It is a good one-time experience if you haven't been to Malacca before or have not been there for a few decades.

Mural Arts Attractions: Mural hunting

Although Penang has more Murals, in Malacca it's easy to find Mural Arts around along the Malacca river. But Perhaps you gotta prepare for a long walk along the river to spot them!

Fashionables Attraction:

If you love Caps or Lego, this is somewhere you should not missed! At a shopping mall of Malacca. Melaka Megamall which is very near to the other Attractions of Malacca, have this mini Hat / Cap Shop with Unique designs. You can even get Super Mario or other Cosplay Caps and Hats here!
